"The Secret" Coaching by Lisa Nichols

You can dramatically transform your life
with this one tip I'm going to give you
today. It is so important and so huge that
I want you to read this email two or three
times every day! Good things will absolutely
come your way.

The Law of Attraction begins and ends
with gratitude.

I repeat: The Law of Attraction begins and
ends with gratitude.

Never, ever forget that. It's perhaps the
most critical thing to remember as you apply
this wonderful universal law in your life on
a day-to-day basis.

Be truly grateful for what you have. The
more grateful you are, the more good things
will come your way. You will see.

In fact, for the next 30 days I want you to
deliberately spend some time every day expressing
your gratitude for what has shown up in your life.
It doesn't have to be a lot of time, just a few
minutes at the start of your day.

As you're lying in bed when you first wake
up or at least within the first half hour of
rising, list at least 10 things you are
grateful for.

You might just start with, "I'm grateful
that I woke up this morning." It's certainly
better than the alternative, and it reminds
you that you have yet another day to create
the life of your dreams, another chance to
act on your desires.

Think about your family, your career, your
friends, or the beautiful world around you.
Anything at all that comes to mind.

Maybe you're grateful for having a job --
even if you work in a less-than-desirable
environment. If that's the case, then say to
yourself, "I am grateful for the opportunity
to create a better working environment."

Be grateful for the opportunity to create
anything that doesn't exist that you want to
invite into your life right now.

If you are having problems in your relationship
with your spouse, then say, "I am grateful for
the opportunity I have to create a better
relationship with my spouse."

If you have wonderful children, be ever so
grateful. If you have a child you are having
challenges with, be grateful. "I am grateful
to have been given a child to help rear and
for the opportunity to create a better
relationship with him/her. I am grateful that my
child is going to open up to me, because I
am going to open up to him/her."

Being grateful for what you don't have means
you have the opportunity to create it. This
is powerful stuff. You get to be grateful
for absolutely everything, inside any situation.

And you don't have to be still - or quiet --
as you express your gratitude. Speak out
loud, in the shower, while you're getting
dressed, or in your car.

Next, take it outside of yourself. Share
every day with at least one person, and up
to three, what you are grateful for.

And when you can, tell people in your life
how much you appreciate them.

The people who give us happiness, said Marcel Proust, "are
the charming gardeners who make our soul
bloom." :)

I love you,

Lisa Nichols
